Petzl have been informed of the potential risk of improperly mounting the gated attachment points of SEQUOIA (C069AA_)and SEQUOIA SRT (C069BA_) harnesses. No accidents have been reported to us. Instructions for use will be updated as follows.
As a precaution, please check the correct mounting of the two gated attachment points of your SEQUOIA or SEQUOIA SRT.
