Climbing Film Tour
in 2025, Petzl has partnered with Adventure Entertainment to present the Australian leg of the 6th season of the Climbing Film Tour uniting climbers and adventurers across Australia and New Zealand.
The Climbing Film Tour is a unique platform for climbers and filmmakers around the world to share their stories with the community. Each year, films are submitted and selected by the Vertical Life climbing team to go on tour with screenings in hundreds of gyms, cinemas and other locations around the world. The 2025 program features five powerful short films that explore courage, creativity, and connection in the world of climbing — from the French Alps to Thailand’s limestone cliffs.
Pitch Black
Each year, at all ClimbFit Climbing Gym locations, for one night they turn the lights off and customers can grab their headlamp and climb in total darkness. With DJ beats pumping, glow-sticks galore, it IS a sensory overload at its finest! And a great night of climbing.
Petzl have sponsored this event since inception and each PITCH BLACK you'll find a Petzl Pop-Up Shop so that you can get yourself a fantastic new headlamp or even a replacement CORE Battery for current trusty Petzl light.
